This page explains what this site records.
Server log
When a page or file is requested, the site records the time, the address requested, the IP address and the browser information sent with the request, and technical details of the connection such as the HTTP version and country. These records are used only for the search experiment this site is part of.
Page script
The pages run a small script. For every visitor it reports whether JavaScript ran, the screen size and pixel density, the page height and the address of the page you came from, and it requests a few small test files. When the visitor identifies itself as a Google crawler, the script also reports technical details of the crawler's browser, such as screen and device properties, supported browser features, time zone, language and timers. The page itself is the same for every visitor. The script does not read or send anything you type into the calculator.
